Anis is an IT professional with over 15 years of experience in the outsourcing industry in a variety of roles ranging from consulting, software development, infrastructure management and service delivery. He served as VP Solutions and Service Delivery at iHealth Technologies and Care Management International where he was responsible to build and manage global delivery operations for their US healthcare clients.

Kaushik has an expertise in building enterprise software architecture & integration services. With over 14 years of experience in large scale and high transactional enterprise software platform/infrastructure architecture design and implementation, he has a proven experience in defining technology convergence roadmap, designing and delivering large software systems and platforms across geographically dispersed teams. With DCT, he has a track record of influencing technology teams and other stakeholders to embrace new technical directions, solutions and standards.

With his expertise in training and facilitation, operations, transitions and client management he has lead his multi skilled teams to Converge and Deliver at all times.
Balvinder has an impressive track record of 18 years, with extensive, multi-disciplinary global experience in technology coupled with media expertise. He is skilled in understanding and fulfilling core business goals and working with CXOs on identifying and enabling IT to drive business growth. At DCT, he will be working closely with business leaders, and will deliver in-market solutions to support digital and IT strategy.
He was VP-IT at Star India for a decade and gained tremendous business acumen across various business verticals. He headed the product management and design teams, to develop product vision, strategy and roadmaps to define, develop, launch, and improve web, mobile and social experience. Balvinder has been responsible for the transformation of the IT landscape at Star and its group companies & has helped manage its exponential growth.
