Vineet is the CEO of DCT, where he is responsible for management, product innovation and the company's business strategy. A seasoned entrepreneur and leader, Vineet has been instrumental in leading DCT on a year-on-year growth trajectory, and given it a strong positioning in the digital marketing space.

Vineet’s most notable contributions to DCT have been building infrastructure; forging strong industry links and raising capital. Vineet has 16 years of experience in devising and implementing successful strategies, new product deployment, customer experience management and harnessing self-motivated human capital in this field. In his prior engagements, he has scripted several success stories in IT Training, IT Products and Services and Consulting.

He has worked for and with some of the top names in publishing and media. He is well known for his ability to develop new revenue streams and efficient work structures that tie to both short and long-term strategic goals. A proven leader, he has time and again created success stories by implementing business plans that helped move conventional media to more digitally focused models.

Data management, circulation development, advertising sales management, strategic planning, coordinating multi-channel sales and cross functional efforts, KPI development and conference development are some of Tim’s core areas of expertise. Be it driving ROI tracking or consulting with decision makers to help them understand risks and leverage opportunities offered by ever-new marketing technologies and strategies, he has helped organizations reach their goals.

Anis is an IT professional with over 15 years of experience in the outsourcing industry in a variety of roles ranging from consulting, software development, infrastructure management and service delivery. He served as VP Solutions and Service Delivery at iHealth Technologies and Care Management International where he was responsible to build and manage global delivery operations for their US healthcare clients.

Anis oversees key support functions and drives operational excellence across the organization. He provides strategic leadership and ensures that DCT is well positioned to meet the client needs and create value.

With DCT, he has a track record of influencing technology teams and other stakeholders to embrace new technical directions, solutions and standards.

About Kishore Dalvi

Kishore leads the BI and Knowledge Services vertical for DCT, which includes the complete suite of Production Services to Revenue Recognition through Ad Operations and Programmatic Yield Management amongst others. From contracting to delivery and creating further business opportunities, he adds value to the DCT team by bringing to the table his abilities to manage large teams and demanding deliverables – all with a strategic thought process.

Having worked with IBM for a decade within several industries, his cross-functional experience within the service sector is commendable. With his expertise in training and facilitation, operations, transitions and client management he has lead his multi skilled teams to Converge and Deliver at all times.

She has added value to every organization she has worked with by not only generating revenues and meeting sales targets, but also by bringing along with her a strong network of connections with several renowned brands and media agencies. Joyce is responsible for generating revenues for DCT from various industries that will include media & entertainment.

Vinayak is a creative professional with 10 years of experience in Advertising and design industry. He is a creative specialist in creating multi-channel, integrated advertising campaigns and brand experiences for the clients. Deep understanding of consumer behavior and interest, coupled with his ability to manage a team of creative people efficiently, while handling crisis situations with ease – make a real advertising person, which he strives to be.

He has experience of handling wide range of brands from FMCG, Fashion, Healthcare, Telecom and Technology to Entertainment. Starting with his experience with Big Giant brands like Reliance, DHL, 3M, Britannia, ITC, Dell & Fortis Hospitals, to creating a niche for himself in the international advertising arena with the coveted Cannes Lions Award in 2015. Silver and Bronze in two categories for DHL-Hands, and Spikes Asia Awards in the same year. He has also won an Abby finalist award in healthcare category.
